In case it helps, Event Viewer says 'Critical -> Event ID: 41 -> Source: Kernel-Power -> Log: System' it's Task Category 63 with Locale ID 1033 I even turned on 'see hidden files' and even then still couldn't see them.
So I went into 'C:\Windows' and there were no dump folders. Once It happened again, I redownloaded it, opened it, only to find that there were no files being shown. I went through the trouble shooting steps for each of those and thought I had it figured out so I deleted BlueScreenView. I'm using BlueScreenView to view my dumpfiles, originally it only listed 'ntoskrnl.exe' as being the file that's causing corruption, about 2 weeks ago when my pc randomly restarted on me, i went back and checked the file and it had 'ntoskrnl.exe' and 'amdppm.sys' highlighted. I thought I had it resolved until about 10 minutes ago when my pc shutdown again. Long story short I have been having random restarts and part of figuring it out is to view the dump files. I can't find my memory dump and minidump files. My name is Riley, I have another open forum on here about a different problem, but while trying to fix that problem I ran into another one.
